The vineyards are located in the Gualtallary area of Tupungato. They are 7- to 10-year-old high-espalier vineyards. Daytime and nighttime temperatures range from 35°C (daytime) to 20°C (nighttime).
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in ovoid vessels. Their shape helps maintain constant movement of the liquid, allowing for better temperature control and achieving greater character and volume. Aging takes place in this same vessel, ensuring the authentic preservation of its character.
