The Toscana Rosso IGT "Dogajolo," produced from Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes in varying percentages depending on the vintage, possesses all the most prized characteristics of a wine: youthful vigor, oak maturity, smoothness, fragrance, and deep, vibrant colors. A delightful wine.
The grapes are harvested separately according to variety and vinified separately. They are then aged in small, used oak barrels, where the biological transformation of the acids also takes place. After bottling in March and April of the following year, this Tuscan red wine is sold directly, but it can also age for several years without any problems.
