The number one Prosecco from Tenuta S. Anna, impossible to imitate. This sparkling wine is the pride of the estate and hardly needs an introduction: year after year it confirms its supremacy with its increasingly popular and pleasing flavor.
The harvested grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. The resulting must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where the winemaking process takes place at a controlled temperature. Once the wine has been obtained, the process of transforming it into sparkling wine begins: a selection of yeasts is added to the tanks, which, over a period of four months, will transform the wine into a refined sparkling wine.
Medium intensity yellow straw color.
On the nose it evokes the aroma of acacia, peach and pear blossoms.
It is easy and pleasant to the taste, initially fresh and smooth on the palate, giving way to traces of fruit and a pleasant touch of sapidity.
