Ribolla Gialla is a native Friulian grape variety that finds one of its finest expressions in the Colli Orientali of Friuli. Known and renowned since the 12th century, it is enhanced by modern winemaking techniques that highlight its finesse. It consistently garners widespread acclaim for its easy drinkability and the distinctive character it evokes.
The destemmed grapes undergo gentle pressing. Alcoholic and partial malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, the wine rests on its lees for at least four months before bottling.

On the nose it reveals a pleasant bouquet and fruity aromas, among which citrus and green apple notes stand out.
On the palate it has good intensity even though it is an extremely fine wine, interesting for its mineral structure that closes with the pleasant citrus note typical of the varietal.
