Vineyard details: Flat, alluvial, irrigated soil. Climate: Dry and continental, with plenty of sun exposure, allowing for perfect ripening. Vertical planting position on trellises.
The grapes were destemmed and crushed. They were placed in cold skin contact before fermentation. Fermentation lasted 12 days in stainless steel tanks at 27-29°C. Maceration followed. Natural malolatic fermentation. They were aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.
