Information:

Vineyard details: Flat, alluvial, irrigated soil. Climate: Dry and continental, with plenty of sun exposure, allowing for perfect ripening. Vertical planting position on trellises.

Vinification:

The grapes were destemmed and crushed. They were placed in cold skin contact before fermentation. Fermentation lasted 12 days in stainless steel tanks at 27-29°C. Maceration followed. Natural malolatic fermentation. They were aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.

Garnet red with blue reflections.

Scent

Perfectly ripe red fruits. A wide variety of oak aromas are also noticeable: vanilla, smoke, toast, and spices.

Flavor

Concentrated, expressive, and mouthwatering. Silky tannins give way to a torrent of sensations on the palate, with a long, compelling finish.
