Once upon a time, there was a family who will tell you a story that could have been yours... if you're as passionate as a vineyard farmer in Alsace... Since 1999, the family's vineyards have been converted to organic farming. Around 18 hectares are in production across the vineyards of Zellenberg, Riquewihr, Béblenheim, Ribeauvillé, Kientzheim, and Hunawihr, which constitute the family's contribution, of which 4.42 hectares are classified as Grand Cru. Another 3 hectares are supplied by an organic grape vendor from Mittelwihr.
Whole grape pressing, vinification with controlled fermentation temperature, the vats are both antique and stainless steel. The winemaking process is classic, using native yeasts.
