The grapes come from 17 hectares of certified organic vineyards located in Haro. They are cultivated with the utmost respect for the environment, using only natural products authorized for organic viticulture.
Viña Pomal Crianza Ecológico is characterized by a traditional winemaking process: after destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place over a period of two weeks, during which the wine acquires a smooth, pleasant structure with great fruit intensity.
High intensity of ruby red color, clean and bright, with garnet reflections at the rim of the glass.
Aromas of black fruit, violets and licorice typical of Tempranilla, accompanied by the spicy notes from the barrel (vanilla, roasted notes).
On the palate it develops its full potential as fresh and expressive, showing a balanced and pleasant wine.
