The grapes for this wine come from the Yerbas Buenas area, located in the Andean foothills of the Maule Valley. There, the soils are of alluvial origin and have a loamy, clayey, and sandy texture with gravel present. The proximity to the mountains creates a microclimate that allows for the production of grapes with a high aromatic intensity and abundant freshness. These are harvested at their precise point of ripeness, mechanically, and with careful berry selection.
After pressing the grapes, the juice is decanted at a low temperature to obtain a very clear must. This is then fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at between 10° and 12°C, allowing the full potential of the variety to develop, with citrus and fruity notes.
Pale yellow with a bright, greenish tinge.
Citrus and fruity notes reminiscent of green apples, white-fleshed peaches and pears, harmoniously combined with wild and herbaceous touches.
A fresh, fruity wine with a tense acidity, a balanced body, and a long finish.
