Only the finest Prosecco grapes from each year's harvest are selected for S. Anna Estate Vintage Brut. Aged in stainless steel tanks for six months to transform into sparkling wine, this quality sparkling wine embodies the pursuit of uncompromising excellence.
The harvested grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. The resulting must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where the winemaking process takes place at controlled temperatures. Once the wine has been obtained, the process of transforming it into sparkling wine begins in stainless steel tanks using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), and continues for at least six months.
