A wine that, out of sheer stubbornness, refused to be released until it was perfect. That stubbornness resulted in a Pinot Noir of unique aromatic complexity, where graphite glimmers with its presence. Complex on the palate, with multiple notes of elegant minerality, its elegance and persistence leave a stubborn mark on the memory, difficult to forget. Stubborn.
In open, third-use barrels, with foot treading or pillage, separating the vineyards. Malolactic fermentation then takes place in first- and second-use Burgundy barrels, specially made for Pinot Noir.
Bright red with violet undertones.
It is a wine with a lot of character and elegance, where Gualtallary gives us mineral aromas such as graphite, gunpowder, earth and leaves us with a wine with deep, elegant tannins.
