100% of the wine spends 12 months in 225-liter second- and third-grade French oak barrels. It then rests in the bottle for 6 months.
Cold maceration takes place at 7°C for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation then proceeds at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels.
