The grapes are harvested during the third week of March. Fermentation takes place on the skins. The wine remains in contact with its skins for four months in sealed, refilled barrels, without contact with air to preserve and concentrate the fresh expression of its fruit.
A few weeks after racking/pressing, the wine is filled, unfiltered and with a very slight addition of sulfites.
Greenish color with slight golden tones.
With delicate aromas of citrus fruits, green apple and notes of flowering jasmine.
It is a young white wine and therefore expresses all the freshness characteristic of this varietal.
