Fermentation at controlled temperature and pre-fermentation maceration of 3 days and post-fermentation maceration of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 4 months in 300L Trance oak barrels.
Visually, it appears as a dense red wine with a variegated rim and a deep layer.
