Vineyards in the Veronese area on the shores of Lake Garda. They are cultivated using a simple pergola system on hillsides with rocky, medium-density, and hard soils. Grape production is 120 quintals per hectare, yielding 705 liters of wine.
The harvest takes place in mid-September, just before the grapes reach full ripeness, and they are traditionally vinified using the rose method, with 18 to 24 hours of soaking until the correct color is achieved. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18°C with selected yeasts. The wine undergoes a brief period of aging in stainless steel tanks before being cold-sterilized into bottles.
