The Matignon family, Yves and Hélène, has been tending the estate's vineyards for three generations. The brothers and sisters work together to ensure the estate's continued success and the perpetuation of the family's heritage. The vineyard is located in Martigné-Briand, in the Anjou region. On 38 hectares, Yves and Hélène cultivate Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, and Grolleau grapes.
100% of the harvest is pressed immediately after picking. Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely at low temperatures (around 16ºC) to produce a dry white wine.
