Our family vineyard is located in the village of Preignac, covering 26 hectares in the heart of the Sauternes wine region. Situated between the Garonne and Ciron rivers, this location is ideal for the development of Botrytis cinerea, the common noble rot.
The grapes are harvested traditionally, exclusively by hand, in several harvests from September to November. Only the overripe grapes are selected from the bunch in each harvest, leaving the rest to reach their optimal ripeness. Three to five harvests are required to obtain the best berries.
Golden yellow color.
The fresh and refined bouquet opens with floral notes with a delicate honey flavor.
On the palate, the attack is fresh and intense, dominated by tropical fruits and aromas of ripe apricot.
