100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a selection of rows of 80-year-old vines, growing in the sandy soils of the dry riverbed. These are very coarse sand soils, rich in white quartz, with very rapid drainage. Being right next to the dry riverbed, they face the sea wind directly, which refreshes them but also dehydrates them. It is in this austerity, where water becomes a longing, that the character and intensity are born. There is no energy for color or tannins, and all its expression is poured into aromas, like a marvelous melody ready to seduce all who approach them.

Its nose is truly surprising, for its purity and clarity, with very intense notes of red roses and ripe strawberries. It's impossible not to smile and feel memories flood back, perhaps because of the romantic elements it evokes, like roses and strawberries, but it's truly captivating. Then we can see how it opens up and becomes more complex, with light tones of blackcurrant and hints of spearmint and dried red rose petals.
En boca estos aromas se traducen muy bien a sabores que confirman la lectura, su acidez es tartárica en el frente de la boca, casi sedosa por sus taninos de piel de Uva y con un punto de ligero amargor que nos recuerdan a piedras húmedas de río que le dan un final largo y persistente, donde los aromas vivan más tiempo.
