Gualtallary Ria, Tupungato, Mendoza. 8-year-old trellis with sandy soils, mostly quartz with a silt and calcareous matrix.
The grapes are harvested by hand, in 16-kilo boxes, during the early morning hours. They are then aged in new French foudres for 24 months.
Intense black color with violet tones.
Deep and complex, very mineral, with aromas that remind us of damp ashes, coal, chalk.
On the palate it is elegant, with tannins.
