The grapes for this wine come from the Maule Valley. There, the soils are predominantly alluvial, with gravel and a significant clay matrix. The vineyards are trained on vertical trellises and pruned using the double Guyot system. Drip irrigation is essential to control grape ripening and vineyard vigor.
Once harvested, the grapes are crushed, leaving approximately 20% whole berries. They then undergo a pre-fermentation cold maceration for three days to achieve greater aroma extraction.
Burgundy with ruby undertones.
It evokes dark fruits like maqui and blueberry, as well as red fruits like cherries and raspberries, with sweet notes of vanilla and fresh tobacco.
On the palate it presents a good structure and a medium body, with fruity flavors, dark chocolate and coffee, with a pleasant persistence.
