Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using a piston and rotary fermenter, for the extraction of subtle and smooth flavors with good aromatic concentration. Aged for 12 to 15 months in French, Eastern European, and American oak barrels. Alcohol content: 13.8% ABV. Ale.
