Only the finest Glera grapes from each vintage are used to create Millesimato Brut of Vineyards V8+. In the vineyard, the grapes with the best organoleptic profile are carefully selected to create a unique sparkling wine, dry and robust in flavor, capable of captivating every palate.
After the harvest, the crushed grapes undergo gentle pressing. Once the must is obtained, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate aromas of the base grapes. After alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in an autoclave, where, thanks to the action of selected yeasts, the second fermentation takes place. The carbonation cycle lasts approximately 40 days.
