It is made exclusively with Glera grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method.
It is characterized by a straw-yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage.
On the nose it offers a fine and characteristic floral perfume, enriched with notes of pear and ripe peach.
On the palate it is dry and delicate, with a pleasant freshness, with an aftertaste reminiscent of glazed almonds.
