Selected vineyards in Trentino and Veneto along the Adige Valley. Very stony alluvial soil with good drainage at an altitude of 200m. The vineyards are cultivated using the simple pergola system with a southern orientation, yielding 130 quintals per hectare.
The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and the winemaking process for the white wine is cold settling. Fermentation with selected yeast takes place at 16-18°C, and the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until the bottle sterilization process is complete.

The banana flavor is not overly dry and mild, fresh and lively, with a pleasant, lingering aftertaste of ripe pears.
