Selected vineyard plots in Tenuta Rapitala at 400 meters above sea level, formed by the Guyot system in clay soil with limited grape yields per hectare.
The grapes reach full ripeness during the last ten days of September. It is vinified using the red wine method with long macerations to extract the required phenolic substances and tannins. This produces a structured, smooth, and balanced wine.
