Parxet Cuvée 21 is a Brut cava made from organically farmed vineyards where the Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada varieties are grown.
Mechanical and manual harvesting depending on the characteristics of each vineyard. Whole grape pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aging: 9-15 months.
