2019, harvested in clay-granitic soil. Coastal Mediterranean climate.
70% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 15°C and 30% in French oak barrels to preserve its freshness. The final blend was kept in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Bright pale yellow in color.
This wine displays citrus aromas on the nose, as well as pears and green apples.
Fresh and juicy on the palate, it presents a very good balance.
