Rueda lies between 700 and 870 meters above sea level, with flat but high lands that endure long, cold winters and hot, dry summers. The soils are clay-sandy, reddish, gray, and iridescent, with pebbles and sand. Rueda has a distinctly continental climate.
The Verdejo grapes are selected from the best vineyards and then, upon arrival at the winery, the must is obtained through gentle pressing, which favors the extraction of aromatic components present in the solid parts of the fruit. Once fermented, the resulting wine is racked, clarified, and filtered; and from the blend of the best wines, we obtain the optimal complexity of our final wine.
