Made using the "Pressurage direct" method with a one-hour maceration, the juice is perfectly protected from oxidation thanks to our Inertys® press, which protects the must with nitrogen, preserving all the varietal aromas and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with native yeasts. Low levels of sulfites are added just before bottling.
