Technical Sheet.

Information:

Time itself becomes fluid in this 4th blend. It is the memory of 11 vintages (2009-2019) that have coexisted in French oak barrels, conversing with one another. The older harvests contribute layers of complexity and a serene elegance; the younger ones inject the energy and crisp fruit of the mountains. It is not a blend, but an evolving legacy, a perpetual aging that defies the calendar to bottle the essence of a decade.

Vinification:

It stems from a deep respect for the grape and an obsession with the land. Fermentation begins naturally, driven by the wild yeasts that inhabit the vineyard. The wine is vinified in concrete tanks, using a portion of whole clusters that lends it structure and a distinctive texture. Every step is a deliberate decision to intervene as little as possible, allowing the wine to express its origin with raw purity, keeping its soul intact.

Color

A wine that defies time and shows it in the glass, where it displays a bright cherry red color, with coppery highlights that betray its pact with the years.

Scent

Its nose is a journey to the heart of stone: graphite, chalk and gunpowder intertwine with subtle notes of sour cherry and wild herbs.

Flavor

On the palate, its low alcohol content (12.3%) translates into a vibrant tension, an acidity that flashes like lightning, and a texture of exquisitely fine tannins. Its finish is endless, a mineral echo that clings to the palate and refuses to fade. Unforgettable. Persistent.
