Produced with Syrah grapes, an ancient vine from the Rhône Valley, Suisassi Duemani is a wine born in an unspoiled area on the Tuscan coast, inland from Cecina. Here, on stony, not particularly rich soils, surrounded by vast green areas and forests, the significant temperature variations create microclimates ideal for the ripening of Syrah grapes.
With vinification and aging in French oak barrels and casks followed by 18 months of aging, this wine, made as before with artisanal methods, confirms the company's philosophy of production based on organic and biodynamic wines.
