From the warm, sun-drenched land of Sicily comes this deep red wine with intense fruity aromas and a pleasing structure on the palate—rich, luxurious, and velvety. The grapes are harvested between August and September when fully ripe.
The grapes are vinified as a single varietal in stainless steel tanks. Medium-long macerations and controlled temperatures contribute to giving the product a serious structure. The wine is stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
