24-36 months in new French oak barrels, and 7 years of bottle aging
Each bunch is destemmed by hand, and then the grapes are placed in French oak barrels for cold maceration at 8°C for 10 to 15 days. During fermentation, the barrels are rotated, and punch-downs are performed manually daily.
Deep, flaky, and shiny in color.
We found a wine with good complexity in its aromas, imparted by aging, in which the fruity aromas typical of Malbec from our region also remain. Due to the weather in February and March, it was a cool vintage, which translates into the structure and vibrancy of the wine.
On the palate, there is a great balance between its acidity, sweetness, and tannins. It is persistent on the palate, with a rich bouquet in the aftertaste, and well-integrated oak.
