Bottled in a rounded, straw-covered flask, it is a wine with a confident character and persistent fruity notes, thanks to long aging in oak.
The ripe grapes are subjected to the red winemaking method with 3-4 days of cold maceration prior to fermentation at a controlled temperature (26-28 ºC) with frequent pump-overs.
