Selected vineyards located in the alluvial valley of Trentino-Veneto, at an altitude of 100 m above sea level. The soil is a mixture of clay, limestone and gravel; the wine training system is "Pergoletta".
The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and the winemaking process for the white wine is cold settling. Fermentation with selected yeast takes place at 16-18°C, and the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until the bottle sterilization process is complete.
