Aged for 18 months in new barrels for the Malbec, 18 months in 400-liter barrels for the Cot.
The Malbec was fully fermented in 225L French oak barrels using a rotating system. The Cot was fermented in 400L clay kilns, also on a rotating system, to replicate the same extraction process as the full barrel vinification. This involves extraction through a gentle rotating motion.

The nose reveals balanced notes of intense red fruits, with hints of coffee and chocolate from its time in oak.
On the palate it is complex, voluminous, with balanced ripe notes and tannins, highlighting red and black fruit and floral notes. The finish is long, with notes of coffee.
