This austere and elegant wine is born from the noble and select Nebbiolo grape. Nature plays a primary role: the characteristics of the soil and sun exposure. Human intervention follows: careful handling of the wine, the selection of the harvest time, winemaking techniques, and aging in large barrels. Always respecting the wine and its tradition.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks for 18 months.
