Excellent with wedding roast, for fine cuts of beef with good marbling, slow-cooked roasts, Peking duck, quail, grilled suckling pig, venison, kid goat, bone marrow, marinades and semi-mature cheeses.
Each variety is aged separately in new barrels for 12 months, during which time the Casa Madero technical team meticulously tastes each barrel to select those that stand out for their quality. From this selection of the best barrels, a blend of different varieties is created and aged again in barrels for another 12 months.
Each variety is vinified separately in fermentation tanks that use one of the most advanced, natural and ecological technologies for fermentation and for gentler extractions and selection.

It stands out for its great finesse, with aromas of forest, woods, black plum, blueberries, blackcurrants, giving way to notes of red roses, leather and cocoa.
Highly elegant, a robust, full-bodied, and impetuous wine with great persistence. Demonstrating excellent balance, with notes of ripe black fruits, particularly figs and black plums, fresh flowers, tea leaves, vanilla, walnuts, hazelnuts, leather, and toasted wood.
