Vineyards belonging to the property, located on the eastern slopes of the hills of Alice Bel Calle, in the Alto Monferrato, at an average altitude of 350 meters; the vines (4,500 plants/ha, with a yield of 70 hl of wine per hectare) are trained using the traditional Guyot system on soils formed by sedimentary marl.
The slightly underripe grapes are gently pressed; the young must immediately begin to ferment in closed pressure tanks at a temperature of 14-16°C; the fermentation process is stopped by cooling as soon as the desired alcoholic level has been reached, leaving a pleasant natural sugar residue in the new wine.

Sweet, clean taste enlivened by an attractive citrus note with a pleasant aftertaste of fruit and hill honey.
