2019, harvested in clay-granitic soil. Cool Mediterranean climate.
Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and the wine was then aged in 300-liter fresh oak barrels. Once bottled, it was left to rest for 6 months. Fermentation was carried out at 24°C.
