Aged for 18 to 20 months in French oak barrels (60% first use and 40% used)
Cold maceration takes place at 8°C for 10 to 15 days. Alcoholic fermentation then follows the principles of microvinification in 225-liter French oak barrels. 5% whole bunches are used during fermentation to accentuate the wine's freshness. During this process, the barrels are rotated and pigeage is performed manually.
The wine has deep color and violet tones. It has good concentration due to the vineyards' naturally low yields.
Its years of aging make the aromas more complex, with well-integrated wood and the typical character of our Malbecs, reminiscent of fresh plums and subtle floral notes.
It's a wine with a sweet entry due to the balance in the vineyard. The ripe tannins complement the wine's elegant nose, achieving great balance.
